Rotary Club of Two Rivers received a district grant to improve accessibility in the education spaces at Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum
Rotary Club of Two Rivers received a district grant to improve accessibility in the education spaces at Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum, a non-profit functioning museum in the City of Two Rivers.  Rotary District 6270 grant funds supported the purchase of adjustable tables to accommodate wheelchairs and several adjustable chairs and stools, increasing access to the many workshops and classes for individuals with mobility disabilities.  On January 27, 2025 several Rotary members actively engaged in unpacking and assembling the tables and chairs, installed the equipment and assisted in rearranging the education space for accessibility.  Rotary Club of Two Rivers members were happy to assist in providing disabled individuals the opportunity to participate in the preservation, study, production, and printing of wood type.
