On October 21, the Rotary Club of Two Rivers hosts its Rotary Road Rally, a 100-mile route through Manitowoc County and neighboring areas. Starting at 10 a.m., drivers will receive turn-by-turn directions and a list of local stops where they can get their 'passports' stamped. Completed passports are to be returned by 6 p.m. at the Town of Two Rivers Town Hall for a chance to win prizes.
